The Associate Program Manager role will be responsible for managing day-to-day activities for the T-Mobile Technology TechX Intern and Associates programs. Providing logistical and programmatic support to current interns and managers. Coordinating all intern engagement events as well as participating in recruiting activities. Managing intern feedback and making recommendations for program improvements. May require some travel. Other duties as assigned.

1 year prior work experience related to assigned program(s)

Proficient in Microsoft Word, Excel, and PowerPoint

Demonstrated success supporting complex, large-scale cross-functional program

Demonstrated analytical skills, including ability to extract and evaluate data and identify areas for further analysis

Excellent written and verbal communication skills, including confident presentation and persuasion skills

High School Diploma/GEDRequires competency in customer focus, change & innovation, strategic thinking, relationship building & influencing, talent management, results focus and inspirational leadership.

Serves as a key point of contact for assigned program(s) for all channels within T-Mobile; provides support and helps to drive continuous process improvement

Supports communication with users, key stakeholders and leadership regarding program-related issues, enhancements, etc., as required

Helps define, communicate and analyze reporting, metrics and measurements; assist in determining ROI and making recommendations to the business

Contributes to the strategic direction for assigned program(s) to continuously improve customer experience

Supports design and deployment of user training related to assigned program(s) At least 18 years of age. Legally authorized to work in the United States. High School Diploma or GED.
