For more information, please visit http://www.t-mobile.comThe Compliance Analyst will have responsibility for matters reported into the TMUS Integrity Line (ethics hotline) and compliance Guidance Desk, including intake, gathering information, monitoring, review of findings/investigation, timely resolution and reporting. This position will report to the Manager, Compliance and Ethics and work closely with other members of the Compliance and Ethics team, labor and employment team, human resources, investigations and various other business groups across the TMUS enterprise. This position will ensure that allegations are thoroughly investigated, legal and compliance requirements are met, and remedial and mitigating actions are taken as appropriate and business units are informed of any necessary actions on their part. This position will respond to inquiries submitted to the Guidance Desk and other compliance related inquiries and will make recommendations for and draft compliance related policies and procedures. This position will conduct compliance related research and work on projects as may be assigned by the Chief Compliance Officer and other members of the Compliance management team.

  • Excellent communication and strong writing skills for documenting Integrity Line and Guidance Desk cases.
  • Solid technical skills including a good working knowledge of Excel, Word, and PowerPoint.
  • Solid project management skills and the ability to quickly learn case reporting systems.

Educational Requirements

Bachelor's Degree Preferred

License or Certification (CCEP*) Preferred

  • Certified Compliance and Ethics ProfessionalEnterprise Core Competencies

This position must be able to spot and provide recommended solutions to compliance and legal issues. Strong interpersonal skills are required, including the ability to effectively communicate with employees at every level in the organization concerning compliance and ethics matters.

  • This position requires handling of matters with the utmost discretion.
  • Must be able to balance multiple priorities, adapt to a constantly changing business environment, work independently, drive case management to achieve prescribed metrics, and meet deadlines.
