The Analyst is responsible for the Dealer/Business/Government contract and sales code life cycle. The Analyst will partner with Sales leadership, CSCA Senior Analyst, CSCA support team and various functional teams across T-Mobile to drive accurate and effective agreement drafting and data integrity. The Analyst will proactively guide the sales team through the contract and sales code life cycle to ensure appropriate payouts to Dealers and billing for Business and Government Customers. The Analyst will direct data entry work to the CSCA support staff as appropriate and will work with the CSCA Senior Analyst to successfully launch new sales initiatives as needed.Bachelor’s degree

Excellent verbal, written and interpersonal communication skills; must be able to adjust appropriately for different audiences.

Ability to work independently, great attention to detail.

Proficient with Microsoft Word, Excel, Visio, PowerPoint

Ability to manage several enterprise projects and internal initiative deadlines simultaneously

Preferred:

Understanding of Government contracting and key business processes

Access, SharePoint and SQL queries

SAP CRM and Sales ForceOwn the Dealer/Business/Government contract and sales code life cycle, which includes but is not limited to determining and gaining consensus regarding the appropriate contract type and associated negotiated items for the Dealer or Business/Government Account. The Analyst will maintain the contract and sales code database and contract hierarchy, draft contracts, request contracts from Legal, drive contract execution and monitor agreement status. This position will also review agreements to ensure that important contract terms are drafted and captured in the system accurately and that they reflect the true business vision of executive management. The Analyst will also process requests and perform troubleshooting activities to ensure downstream systems reflect the correct data.

Proactively provide account status and reporting to business partners to drive shortened contract execution times and to confirm data is flowing downstream correctly. Proactively support initiatives to increase data integrity that ensures accurate Dealer payout or Business and Government customer billing.

Build relationships with key business partners in Sales, Legal, Dealer Financial Services, Real Estate, Business Care, Business Operations and Sales Operations in order to gain consensus on functional components and issues, with the goal to minimize potential risk to T-Mobile. Leverage partnerships to resolve contractual and codes issues with Business/Government Accounts and Dealers.

Responsible for the creation and maintenance of process documentation and workflow as needed. Proactively train sales managers and partners on processes to gain efficiencies.

Act as the day to day point of escalation for sales codes, contract and amendment issues for key business partners as well as provide data operational support to CSCA’s offshore support team.
