Preferred past interview coordination experience or other related experience in a corporate recruiting environment. Experience working with applicant tracking systems. Ability to work as a strong effective team player; commitment to results; solutions oriented; superior organizational skills and ability to multi-task. PC and Internet savvy, including Microsoft Office with strong experience using Outlook. Ability to prioritize tasks and follow-through on projects. Strong attention to detail. Outstanding service orientation; sense of urgency; high-level of personal integrity. Ability to work well under pressure and flexible in adapting and responding to changing situations. Utilize effective communication and followthrough while acting as a dependable point of contact for candidates and hiring managers. Strong written and verbal communication skills; ability to present, train, influence, and negotiate. Excellent interpersonal and partnering skills. Act as the first point of contact with potential candidates to arrange for phone screens, coordinate interviews, organize candidate related travel needs, and answer questions. This involves checking availability through Outlook and direct interaction with the interview team in order to ensure availability and support schedule changes. Provide materials (resume, job description, schedule and location of all interviews, etc.) to interview team. Work with Applicant Tracking System in tracking all interview activity. Participate in process improvement sessions to offer insights and suggestions for improvements and potential solutions. Other duties as assigned. 2 to 3 years administrative or HR experience.
