Our program is a full-time, 18-month rotational experience for upcoming graduates (May/June 2020). It is open to undergraduate students who will be completing a bachelor's degree in Engineering, Computer Science, Computer Engineering, Electrical Engineering, Information Management Systems, Information Technology, or a related field.
As a participant, you will work with teams across our Technology organizations and will experience three rotations, each being 6 months in duration. Your first two rotations will be pre-determined, and the third rotation will be crafted by you, with a goal of developing additional skills in your area of interest. The 2020 program begins in June and will be based in one of six locations: Atlanta, Seattle, Chicago, Concord, Dallas and Parsippany. Relocation is provided for those who are eligible.


Responsibilities
The Associate Product Manager is responsible for supporting the management of the entire lifecycle of products/services within a key T-Mobile line of business. This position monitors market trends, populates the product roadmap, and provides analysis of revenue growth and profitability. Conducts research and analysis of customer needs, value proposition, product/service performance, and identifies product improvement opportunities. (Contributory to line of business, either specific segments or products/services) Un-carrier Delivery employs an agile development model that drives T-Mobile's bottom line by delivering value to the business
As an Assoc, TechX Professional, you will learn and employ a wide variety of new technologies and you will be involved in creating and maintaining new processes in an environment where you are constantly learning and solving problems. You will work closely with your team and have an opportunity to collaborate across functions.

Qualifications
Upcoming graduates (May/ June 2020) with a bachelor's degree in Engineering, Computer Science, Computer Engineering, Electrical Engineering, Information Management Systems, Information Technology, or related field
Recently graduated within the past 12-months (May 2019)
Available to travel up to 15% for training and program activities
Authorization to work for any employer in the United States without Sponsorship
Willingness to complete an 18-month rotational program

Recruiting Timeline:
Interviews will begin in December 2019/ January 2020 and will continue through March/ April 2020


Minimum Qualifications
