From designing scaled sales and service delivery programs to ensuring our customers have tailored tools and products at their fingertips, our SMB team combines operational expertise with a customer-centric mindset to help businesses achieve their marketing goals on TikTok, no matter how big or small.
As part of the Monetization Product, the team is focused on helping to build products that enable small to medium-sized advertisers on TikTok's ad platform. We're seeking an experienced Industrial Operations Manager. We are building a team of self-starters, motivated individuals who thrive in a fast-paced environment. You have an appetite for learning, innovation, and are comfortable solving challenging problems, with the solutions to benefit SMB teams across global regions and markets.

About the Role:
- Deeply understand the e-commerce advertising clients' industries and products, develop methodologies, establish industry solutions, and build industry solutions into product;
- Formulate industry strategies, identify growth opportunities, and take responsibility for overall industry revenue; gain insights into industry development trends from both internal and external perspectives, conduct regular industry-specific research, improve category diversity, and develop category merchandise strategies for marketing events;
- Promote industry operation strategy and methodologies, guide client development strategies, industry approaches, and marketing campaign implementation
Qualifications
Minimum Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree or above with 3+ years of experience in digital operations;
- Excellent integrated marketing and project management skills
- Working knowledge of apparel and accessories industry, industry relevant operations experience preferred
- Strong communication and organizational coordination abilities, self-motivated, passionate about thinking, learning and research, with independent thinking and judgment capabilities;
- Sharp data sensitivity with strong mining and insight abilities, proficient in data analysis tools such as Thinkcell/Excel
Preferred Qualifications:
- Skilled in using data insights to inform communication strategies and measure their effectiveness.
- Strong entrepreneurial spirit that can develop and lead a new initiative from the ground up; thrive in ambiguity.
- Experience in the apparel and accessories industry.
- Proficient in English and Mandarin listening, speaking, reading and writing. Both English and Mandarin skill sets are required to support clients in APAC and to communicate with stakeholders.
Job Information
[For Pay Transparency] Compensation Description (annually)
The base salary range for this position in the selected city is $128000 - $290160 annually.
Compensation may vary outside of this range depending on a number of factors, including a candidate's qualifications, skills, competencies and experience, and location. Base pay is one part of the Total Package that is provided to compensate and recognize employees for their work, and this role may be eligible for additional discretionary bonuses/incentives, and restricted stock units.
Benefits may vary depending on the nature of employment and the country work location. Employees have day one access to medical, dental, and vision insurance, a 401(k) savings plan with company match, paid parental leave, short-term and long-term disability coverage, life insurance, wellbeing benefits, among others. Employees also receive 10 paid holidays per year, 10 paid sick days per year and 17 days of Paid Personal Time (prorated upon hire with increasing accruals by tenure).
