Responsibilities
- Problem Solving: Troubleshoot seller issues, including order management, account setup, inventory uploads, and resolving policy violations.
- Policy Awareness: Stay updated on TikTok Shop and Tokopedia regulations and ensure sellers and creators comply with them.
- Coordination Across Teams: Work with internal teams to ensure smooth execution of campaigns.
- Other admin-related work and troubleshooting.
Qualifications
Minimum Qualifications
- Currently pursuing a degree in Business, Marketing, E-commerce, or a related field.
- Actively enrolled university student
- Detail oriented, highly motivated to learn about social commerce, enthusiastic and shows initiative
- Strong analytical skills with good knowledge of Microsoft Office & Google Workspace tools
- Can support 4-5 days/week
Preferred Qualifications
- Experience with an e-commerce platform - prior experience with platforms would speed up onboarding and make training easier.
- Creative skills in visual layout/design - basic design or layout skills would aid in effective store decoration and visual consistency.
- Previous internship or part-time experience in e-commerce
