Campaign Operations Analyst - TikTok Shop

About the team
The TikTok Shop Search Operations Team is dedicated to establishing and enhancing users' awareness of shopping on TikTok, spurring users' e-commerce demands, elevating the user experience, and driving the growth of the e-commerce business.
We are aim to improve the quality of the query, evaluate and optimize the outcome of the machine's results, and provide data sets for model training to better distinguish various intents of TikTok search queries. By identifying whether the user's manual search terms have e-commerce intentions and judging their e-commerce relevance score, the system can better determine whether to recommend more e-commerce-related search terms to users.
Responsibilities:
1. Be responsible for implementing various e-commerce campaigns in search scenarios, optimizing user experience, while identifying and expanding users' search demands for campaigns.
2. Develop and iterate on cooperation standards and operation strategies in search scenarios for different types of e-commerce campaigns in specific regions.
3. Conduct in-depth analysis of user demands for various types of content in search scenarios across different regions, and explore operation methods to improve core indicators such as search conversion rate and click-through rate.
4. Conduct research and analysis on data related to search scenario campaigns, evaluate campaign effectiveness, identify potential growth opportunities and risk points in daily operations, and provide actionable optimization suggestions.
5. Undertake other configuration work related to the operation of e-commerce search scenario campaigns.
Qualifications
Minimum Qualifications:
1. Bachelor's degree or above, with relevant work experience before, having a good understanding of e-commerce business.
2. In this role you will be collaborating extensively with engineer, product teams and directly report to leadership team based in China, high proficiency in using English and Mandarin for both oral and written parts as working languages are required for this role.
3. Advanced e-commerce user with a good understanding of e-commerce campaign processes, familiar with the operation modes of content-based e-commerce, and basic knowledge of search.
4. Strong data analysis capabilities, especially in market segmentation and resource allocation.
5. Excellent communication and collaboration skills, with a strong ability to work under pressure.
Preferred Qualifications:
1. Candidates with work experience in user experience, operations, or product are preferred.
