VP, U.S Wealth Client Marketing Campaign Manager
The US Wealth Client Marketing (Campaign) Manager, VP is a member of the Client Marketing team which works to develop and execute comprehensive marketing strategies and campaigns supporting Nuveen’s US Wealth business. Client marketing is the main interface to the Distribution team, and is responsible for executing strategic campaigns designed to acquire, develop and retain clients, leveraging audience segmentation and distribution model. The VP will demonstrate solid subject matter expertise on financial products and the markets, experience with execution of marketing campaigns leveraging data and automation, and understanding of intermediary distribution and the needs of financial advisors. Position will report to the Managing Director of US Wealth Client Marketing.

Key Responsibilities and Duties
Execute marketing campaigns focused on acquiring and cross-selling advisors, utilizing audience segmentation, digital and social touchpoints, and data analytics
Serve as marketing leader over the mass market sales effort; managing a small team, leads an agile working group with marketing and distribution stakeholders testing new marketing tactics, events, social media strategy and email outreach
Collaborate with brand, design, content, events, product and digital teams to execute and measure marketing initiatives and ensure proper alignment of resources
Represent the team on content for select web pages, and thematic subscriptions, and events in support of acquisition
Collaborate and help manage ETF efforts with mass market team, including events and strategic outreach via social and email, as well as model portfolios and DCIO support
Represent viewpoint of financial advisors in content generation process with marketing partners to be utilized for web, email, social, thought leadership, etc
Manage multiple projects at once, meeting deadlines

Required Qualifications:
- Five plus years related financial services marketing or industry experience
- Five plus years of excellent collaboration, people and verbal and written communication skills demonstrated in a team environment
- Five plus years of experience executing marketing campaigns, utilizing marketing technology tools such as email automation systems, workflow tools, social content platforms, etc
- Five plus years of existing experience executing marketing initiatives with measured results
- Five plus years of experience as a leader mentoring and coaching a team
Preferred Qualifications:
- BA/BS in Marketing or Business administration or related field
- Seven plus years related financial services marketing or industry experience
- Alternative asset class and ETF knowledge and products a plus
- Ability to build relationships and influence across a large, matrixed organization
Potential Salary: $128,800.00 USD
Actual base salary may vary based upon, but not limited to, relevant experience, time in role, base salary of internal peers, prior performance, business sector, and geographic location. In addition to base salary, the competitive compensation package may include, depending on the role, participation in an incentive program linked to performance (for example, annual discretionary incentive programs, non-annual sales incentive plans, or other non-annual incentive plans).
