Information Technology Leader
Directs all IT Service Functions and staff. Ensures proper resources for service establishment, enhancement, management, and support in-line with service level agreements.

Key Responsibilities and Duties

• Developing organizational technology vision and IT principles and standards; leading the organization in the implementation of a multi-tiered, multi-platform technology infrastructure, ensuring that the IT needs of the business are met.


• Directing the activities necessary to keep the technology infrastructure running seamlessly, efficiently, and effectively while ensuring compliance with established standards and policies.


• Playing a leading role in defining the continuing evolution of the organization's IT infrastructure strategy to meet the changing business needs of the enterprise.

• 8 Years Required; 10 Years Preferred

• University (Degree), Preferred

• End to End understanding on Cloud including but not limited to Cloud Infrastructure, Containers,  High Level Cloud Security, Cloud Patterns, Cloud Governance and Cloud Operations
• Public cloud architecture experience within an enterprise – In depth understanding of how to design things in AWS/Azure while maintaining the enterprise priorities like Scalability, LOB sharing, Compliance/Security, HA and DR, Re-usability, Predictability etc.…

• Sound knowledge on Amazon AWS Cloud services. Understanding AWS Architecture and      principles is key for this position. At least 3 years of experience of working on Cloud
• Plan and deliver infrastructure transformations and migrations by creating, implementing and supporting scalable, high-performing cloud solutions.
• Harness agile methodologies and the latest tech to design and deliver advanced cloud solutions across multiple platforms
• IAM (Identity Access Management) and cyber security requirements for solutions hosted on AWS
• Been part of Cloud Adoption journey of an organization with knowledge on Challenges of this journey and awareness of potential solutions on these challenges
• Sound knowledge of DevOps/CICD Pipelines and tools
• Experience on VMWare based infrastructure
• Though will be a leading a Team but should be hands on in writing and understand code on multiple technologies like Terraform, Twistlock, Istio, Openshift, k8s, Cloud Templates etc.
• Should have managed global stakeholders during Cloud Journey
• Team size will range from 15-25 cloud technology and security experts.
