Senior Systems Analyst
The Info Systems Analyst designs information systems that are appropriate for users' needs and consistent with the overall design of the organization's information systems architecture. Under limited supervision, this job is responsible for the installation, configuration and maintenance of the organization's operating systems.
Key Responsibilities and Duties
- Formulates system scope through research and fact-finding to develop or modify moderately complex information systems.
- Evaluates and implements changes to existing system logic difficulties and documentation as necessary.
- Reviews flow charts, models, and procedures and feasibility studies to design possible system solutions.

Required Skills:
3 or more years of experience working with SunGard’s Omni DC (OmniPlus) Recordkeeping System
3 or more years of experience working in the Defined Contribution Industry
Experience with integrating with Omni DC, including report strings and standard output files.
Experience with Omni DC transaction and batch processing
Experience working in a mainframe environment, including knowledge of JCL, VSAM, IBM utilities, etc
Preferred Skills:
Experience with Omni Adminweb
Experience in developing with OmniScript and/or COBOL within a main frame environment
Experience with Omni DC core code modules
Experience with OmniVBA development a plus
Experience with OmniAPI (Omni Connect) and Transaction Modeling a plus
Experience with mainframe DB2
Experience with OmniPay and payment processes
Experience with OmniTrade and trading platforms
Considerable testing experience with Omni DC
Handles complex operational tasks and recommends processing and technology changes
Ability to work with multiple business and IT partners in a production support and/or development role
Actual base salary may vary based upon, but not limited to, relevant experience, time in role, base salary of internal peers, prior performance, business sector, and geographic location. In addition to base salary, the competitive compensation package may include, depending on the role, participation in an incentive program linked to performance (for example, annual discretionary incentive programs, non-annual sales incentive plans, or other non-annual incentive plans).
