HR Operations Specialist
Works closely with HR management and line leadership to provide strategic analyses of human capital management data to ensure effective implementation of the organization's human capital strategies.
Key Responsibilities and Duties
- Auditing existing business procedures and creating or identifying necessary improvements in applying big data analysis processes for recruiting, benefits, new hires, training and employee development.
- Implementing tools that provide all managers with real time access to relevant employee information.
- Identifying relationships among disparate pieces of information and developing meaningful analytical conclusions.
- Reporting metrics and analytics as required by HR leadership.
