The Business Integration Consultant supports the establishment of new business processes, and integrates the application of new processes with existing business processes. This job assesses business requirements, completes research and analysis to determine solutions and makes recommendations for enhancements. While working independently, this job identifies strengths and weaknesses of existing internal processes, methods and tools.
Key Responsibilities and Duties
Design and develop reporting tools to help the business unit manage and govern identified performance indicators and support business needs with high quality of data integrity in all design and builds.

Prepare and deliver reports on set cadences to various organizational levels within the bank, to include adhoc needs based on business request/needs.
Work with business partners internal and external to business unit to identify opportunities to enhance and improve current reporting structure
Review and analyze data to determine the best delivery method to promote continuous improvement by with data driven results.

Required Qualifications:
- Data reporting or data analytics experience
- Financial services industry experience
Preferred Qualifications:
- Advanced Microsoft Excel experience including pivot tables/charts, advanced formulas
- Experience designing Tableau dashboards and performing data analysis
- Experience collaborating with leaders and business partners to ensure accuracy and data integrity
- Strong analytical skills with attention to detail
- Excellent verbal and written communication
- Bachelor’s degree or equivalent work experience
Potential Salary: $111,700.00 USD
Actual base salary may vary based upon, but not limited to, relevant experience, time in role, base salary of internal peers, prior performance, business sector, and geographic location. In addition to base salary, the competitive compensation package may include, depending on the role, participation in an incentive program linked to performance (for example, annual discretionary incentive programs, non-annual sales incentive plans, or other non-annual incentive plans).
