Manages physical properties in diverse locations and maintains the performance of properties to achieve the highest possible net operating income.
Key Responsibilities and Duties
- Manages property operations to include buying, selling and leasing in order to achieve budget goals, ensuring that properties comply with related fair housing, federally subsidized housing, and other applicable real estate regulations.
- Maintains relationships with existing residents and explores opportunities to include buying, selling and leasing with prospective clients.
- Hires, trains, facilitates, and supervises property maintenance staff.
- Initiates and oversees property related contracts to include buying, selling and leasing, payments collection, routine maintenance repairs, and capital replacement processes.
