Market Activation and Strategy Associate
This role is responsible for creating and distributing effective email communications and generating leads for the originations team at the national level. They will execute on tactical marketing automation work, including system utilization, maintenance, and support. The Market Activation and Strategy Associate will serve as the administrator of the B2B marketing automation platform. This individual would own the optimization of existing system processes, as well as the design and implementation of new processes, which will enhance the ability to automate, score, and route leads.

Key Responsibilities and Duties

  • Develop, set up, test, deploy, monitor, track, and report on email campaigns.

  • Collaborate with marketing and originations teams in the development and execution of successful email campaigns.

  • Recommend and implement new workflow processes to increase the scalability and efficiency of the Market Strategy and Development team.

  • Partner with the Market Development and Strategy Senior Associate to establish and monitor KPIs and to provide performance analysis, including recommendations to improve outcomes.

  • Manage data cleansing and lead enrichment to improve the quality of our database in order to enable effective segmentation and audience targeting.

    Preferred Qualifications:

    • Proficiency with CRMs and marketing automation tools
    • Salesforce/ Pardot certifications
    • Demonstrated interest in sustainability or clean energy deployment
    • Commercial real estate experience
    • Bachelor's degree in Market, Econ or business related field

    Potential Salary: $92,000.00 USD

    Actual base salary may vary based upon, but not limited to, relevant experience, time in role, base salary of internal peers, prior performance, business sector, and geographic location.  In addition to base salary, the competitive compensation package may include, depending on the role, participation in an incentive program linked to performance (for example, annual discretionary incentive programs, non-annual sales incentive plans, or other non-annual incentive plans).
