The Talent Acquisition Associate supports the identification and acquisition of skilled workers to meet organizational needs. Working under limited supervision, this job works across multiple areas of staffing and recruiting including talent evaluation and screening, job advertising and posting, talent prospecting, and talent staffing and planning.
Key Responsibilities and Duties
- Communicates with hiring manager to review approved requisitions for volume recruitment to determine business need, role requirements and time to fill commitments.
- Assists with the advertising of job openings using a variety of sources appropriate to the role in support of obtaining a diverse qualified slate of candidates.

Overview of the Role
We are seeking a highly motivated Talent Acquisition/recruitment coordinator to join our HR team. The coordinator will partner with the Talent Acquisition team to provide end to end support to the recruitment process, including but not limited to workday administration, CV screening/sourcing, employment contract production, on-boarding of new joiners and ad hoc support to the team.
Key responsibilities include:
Point of contact for hiring managers; providing guidance on the hiring approvals process to ensure vacancy approval and governance process is followed.
Manage job advertisements internally and externally, via the intranet, career pages, job boards and social networks.
Reviewing and assessing candidate applications including research, mapping, short-listing and initial screening
Assisting with the coordination of complex meeting schedules across multiple time zones
Accountable for managing the content of our internal and external career pages
Ownership of careers in-box, responsible for responding to applicant accordingly
Managing the employment screening processes via third party provider for all new hires
Gathering data and analyses for reporting purposes
Ensure compliance requirements are adhered to
Proactively work with colleagues to share best practice and to maximize efficiencies wherever possible
Updating of the recruitment tracker; producing weekly, monthly and quarterly status reports
Technical Skills & Qualifications Required
Experience in supporting a busy recruitment team; gained ideally in Financial or Professional services
Knowledge of channels for sourcing candidates via social media and professional networks
Word & PowerPoint & Advanced Excel Skills essential
Experience of working with workday is essential
Enjoys having autonomy and taking responsibility for deliverables
Experience of producing MI and reporting on a weekly, monthly and quarterly basis.
Experience of working with an international team
