The ProjectPrm Mgmt job assists with planning, organizing, and controlling resources/processes to achieve project/program objectives within scope, time, quality, and budget constraints. Under general supervision, this job utilizes general knowledge of the project/business requirements to help manage projects for the organization.
Key Responsibilities and Duties
- Helps to organize project teams by assigning individual responsibilities, developing project schedules, and determining resource requirements necessary to ensure project is successful.
- Prepares estimates for the costs, resources, and time required to complete each phase of a project.
- Drafts project plan and monitors progress and performance against this plan.

This individual will lead and coordinate program related activities across several works streams within the Cybersecurity organization, reporting in to the Office of Cybersecurity and with focus in supporting our Identity and Access Management team.
Objectives/Results
- Leads and coordinates multiple projects across the program and provides direct project management support for critical work streams.
- Proactively manages performance, cost, scope, schedule, quality, and other key project management activities and behaviors
- Identifies, manages, and escalates risks, issues, and changes requests to appropriate decision makers based on established escalation criteria
- Possesses professional knowledge of product/function and applies knowledge to project activities to enhance delivery
- Deeply understands all project management disciplines and their key activities, processes, and artifacts
- Possess skills to lead project team through Waterfall and/or Agile drive delivery.
- Understands the relationship and dependencies of supporting project(s), to the overall program
- Work in partnership with the Program Sponsor, to facilitate change management across the organization.
- Partner with Office of Cyber leadership to support evolution of delivery capabilities and process.
- Successfully manages projects with 20 or more resources through full project lifecycle
Responsibilities
- Creates appropriate project documentation, balances stakeholder needs, and effectively negotiates tradeoffs between scope, schedule, and budget
- Lead scrum teams.
- Creates, manages, and understands impacts to project scope, constraints, and schedule
- Manage Risks and Issues associated with project delivery.
- Establish and Manage Resource Plans supporting project delivery.
- Maintain Project Plan and/or Product Backlogs
- Develops and routinely reassesses project budgets to account for variances and ensures accuracy
- Creates performance and status reports for relevant stakeholders, including Senior Leadership
- Defines roles and responsibilities of project team members
- Lead associated project team meetings/ceremonies.
Actual base salary may vary based upon, but not limited to, relevant experience, time in role, base salary of internal peers, prior performance, business sector, and geographic location. In addition to base salary, the competitive compensation package may include, depending on the role, participation in an incentive program linked to performance (for example, annual discretionary incentive programs, non-annual sales incentive plans, or other non-annual incentive plans).
