At ThoughtWorks we are a diverse community of bright and passionate individuals. We value diversity, and treasure mixing people from different cultures, genders, and backgrounds, as such we welcome you to bring all your uniqueness to our team. Working here is refreshingly different!
ThoughtWorks has been at the forefront of software testing innovation for a long time and we've made major contributions to the open-source community. You should know of Selenium? Well that's one of our great products. We do things differently here, by getting our QAs working closely with our Developers and Business Analysts right from the requirements gathering stage, so as a member of the team you'll be around to ask the awkward questions and try the scenarios that analysts or developers don't dream up.
