Graduate Quality Analyst

About You

You are a graduate with a real passion for learning. You're curious and often challenge and ask "why?" It's not unusual for you to have had 5 new and brilliant ideas before breakfast. You're a geek at heart and love to play around with the latest cool technologies, and aren't afraid to admit it. You've always been great at solving problems. You believe that the world can be a better place through the use of technology, and want to help make that happen.

Have we got it right - does this sound like you?! If yes, we'd love to chat with you about a career as a graduate software developer with ThoughtWorks!

What will my role be; what will I actually do?

In a typical ThoughtWorks development team, in addition to other specialist roles, you will find a mix of Software Developers, Test/Quality Analysts and Business Analysts. All of these roles require frequent interaction with clients and team members to really understand requirements and ensure that the software ThoughtWorks delivers, translates into real value for our customers.

Working with developers, clients and the whole team to ensure that the software we are creating is fully tested to handle the requirements. This role requires an eye for detail and excellent problem solving ability.
Wondering if you have the QA mind-set? Try thinking through how you would go about testing a well-known object such as a cash machine or telephone. How would you know it’s working and doing what it's designed to do?

What are ThoughtWorks looking for?

We are looking for passionate, inquisitive individuals who have a real interest in tech. We are seeking a customer-focused approach and the potential to be a successful consultant. If you can show us that you love technology, have experience of working in collaborative teams and are a quick learner then we want to talk to you regardless of your degree subject.

At ThoughtWorks we promote diversity in all its forms and reject discrimination and inequality. We proudly, passionately and actively strive to make both ThoughtWorks and our industry more reflective and inclusive of the society that we serve
