Sr. Operations Analyst

The Compliance Analyst will have direct and indirect interactions with Sales Executives, Account Managers and Operations personnel located in AMERS. This position will have a key understanding or willingness to develop knowledge of select TR's internal systems and processes, along with a developing knowledge of Thomson Reuters' customer needs. This position will also liaize with interrnal Compliance groups, general contract assistance and fielding questions from the customer support group. Primary Responsibilities include:

  • Ability to develop strong relationships with internal teams (Support, IT, Sales and Operations).
  • Assist Compliance Manager with revenue related Compliance initiatives across GTM Americas.

Ability to multi-task numerous projects and shift priorities as needs change

  • Delivering top quality usage and analytics reporting to support compliance, one-time billing and account planning;
  • Maintaining reports that document both once off and recurring revenue;•
  • Respond to client inquiries in a timely, accurate manner by researching and advising, where necessary, content related licensing questions.
  • Preparing client communications that outline overusage and our intention to bill
  • Maintaining an up to date view of each client's contractual position in relation to the product;
  • Ability to multi-task numerous projects and shift priorities as needs change
  • Ability to track and manage priority projects in conjunction with multiple departments and relay back to sales executives and clients.
  • Ability to effectively track and monitor TR and third party data trials and follow up with the respective third parties and internal sales teams.
  • Develop additional compliance reporting as needed
