  • Drive the development and execution of integrated product marketing strategies for Westlaw in close partnership with product management, demand generation, and segment marketing and sales
  • Define and iterate Westlaw core value proposition and messaging, and collaboratively work across functions to ensure that this value proposition and messaging resonates with customers and to ensure it shows up across marketing, demand generation and sales assets, campaigns and tools required to go to market.
  • Develop and drive adoption of materials, such as customer case studies, competitive analysis and product demonstrations, which support each phase of the marketing nurturing cycle and buyer's journey, with the goal of shortening the sales cycle and increasing stage conversion rates
  • Drive the Westlaw value programs, including go-to-market launches.
  • Owns the Westlaw enhancement strategy including how new enhancements are released internally and externally.
  • Manage a marketing budget for assigned projects and programs.
  • Understand customers' workflow and pain points and how our product addresses those pain points.

Education & Experience

  • Bachelor's degree required, with a preference in business or marketing related field.
  • 5 years of product marketing or marketing experience

Knowledge/Skills

  • Results oriented self-starter with the ability to build programs from scratch and a commitment to iterative improvements: Must have a positive attitude and willingness to roll-up your sleeves, take calculated risks and get things done
  • Strong business acumen with the ability to monitor and interpret performance to plan, and make recommendations on new products, enhancements and customer levers to drive results
  • Ability to distill and prioritize complex information into guiding principles and simple, compelling messages
  • High comfort level with – and ability to rapidly react to - changing organizational and market dynamics
  • Team player with the ability to build strong working relationships with key internal stakeholders, vendors and customers
  • Ability to weave together product capabilities, market trends, and customer needs into compelling stories for demand generation and segment marketing and sales to leverage into campaigns, marketing asset and sales enablement tools, and other go to market deliverables
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills, with ability to influence and motivate all levels of the organization, including sales representatives
  • Ability to effectively manage and grow talent

  • Travel – up to 10%; more if located remote
