PRIMARY OBJECTIVES:
The Sr Billing Representative works with a team of billing professionals in a fast paced service environment performing billing functions and responding to billing inquiries from internal and external customers in a timely, professional manner. This role works the business, finance, and customers to provide accurate invoices for Elite Products and Services.

Meets productivity and accuracy goals defined for the role
Assigns Matter numbers to all Matters in 3E and Softrax environments
Generates invoices for contract milestones for services
Performs client account administration functions
Responsible for triggering maintenance due upon installation billings
Service Budget hours Updates for Service projects
Responsible for problem solution for customer inquires
Accurately processes credits (invoices) & debits (invoices)
Setting up of complex sales orders of Software Services & Subscriptions
Provides billing support, including account reconciliation
Responds to telephone and Billing Help Desk Support Tickets e-mail inquiries from customers and follows through on open items
Works with various departments including Sales, Services, Contracts and Accounting to ensure prompt resolution of client inquiries.
Participates in ad hoc projects as required
Participates in software testing as required
Proactively communicates with management on pending billings that have a revenue or cash impact to the business
On the day of the billing close all employees are required to be in the office from (8:00-5:30pm)
5 years of transactional accounting or billing experience with a customer service focus
Keen analytical skills and problem solving skills
Strong written and verbal communications skills
Experience working effectively across the team, cross-functionally and with external partners, clients and vendors
Strong action orientation with ability to meet deadlines, set priorities and perform multiple tasks in a changing environment
Knowledge in any of the following systems a plus: Get Paid, Softrax, NetAgent, SalesForce.com, Orbitax and Checkpoint
