Project Revelation – This "Rights Management" effort includes the creation of next generation product and supplier asset management capabilities including the digitizing of contract rights and duties, automated application of contract terms to content products, and payment of content suppliers. The creation and management of downstream products and their policies created from supplier content is also part of the project. All this content will be accessed through a UI which will provide a single interface to the information and workflows associated with the above components. The users of these capabilities are internal TR staff including Commercial Analysts, Product Managers and various other supporting roles. Users will manage supplier relationships and the subsequent supplier services and client products that get created from them by using the new capabilities delivered by Revelation.

Role Summary

The key role for you as the Senior Developer will be to work with the Product Teams, Business Analysts and Information Architects to understand the detailed requirements in the backlog in order to be able to complete the actual development tasks. The majority of the development work will be deployed in the Amazon Web Services.

Main Responsibilities

This position is primarily a developer role. The development will be on a geographically dispersed team using an agile approach. There will be daily stand ups, sprints, sprint reviews, retrospectives and various aspects of an agile environment. Jira will be the main tool for bringing together Epics, Stories and Tasks. Each sprint will be themed and appropriate stories from a pre-groomed backlog will be assigned. The aim is to have a continuously integrated and deployed product using all the various supporting AWS components needed to make that possible.

  • You will be a full stack developer with Visual Studio experience
  • Angular 1 or 2, CSS, Web UI, Java Script, .Net Core, Linux, Java, Restful Web Services, C#
  • Jira, Agile work environment experience

Desired Skills/Experience Required

  • Experience with entitlements systems
  • Experience with AWS
  • Experience with MySQL/Aurora, queues, elastic search,
  • Experience with BPMN-based systems (Ideally Activiti)

Education/ Certifications

BS degree in Computing/IT or equivalent
