Role Purpose: - The Senior Project Manager will define, scope, and manage the India GST project and will work with the respective management teams across Sales, Professional services, Product, Technology to ensure business objectives are achieved.

Responsibilities

Responsible for all project management activities for this project i.e. - detailed project planning, project estimates/ schedules, resource plans and executive reporting.

Develop or assist in developing business cases that will further impact the successful execution of this project.

Highlights divergence from that scope, and adjusts it where necessary to reflect changing circumstances, acts a communication liaison.

Ensures all parties are aware of project scope and milestones.

Actively participates in all phases of the project. Identifies, assesses and manages risks to the success of the project.

Gains commitments to ensure corrective actions are taken if sales, product releases and implementation timescales or resources deviate from agreed tolerances.

Risk and Delivery management.

Excellent communication and inter-personal skills

Ability to present to senior executives

Be aggressive enough to ensure that people are meeting timelines, milestones but balance it with good influencing skills
