JOB DESCRIPTION

§ Provides more complex operational consultancy, with limited direction, to employees, first line and middle managers.

§ Strong in-depth knowledge and subject matter expertise on a variety of Human Resource related topics.

§ May lead significant projects

§ Manages complex ER cases.

§ Frequent exposure to senior leadership.

§ Provides more complex operational consultancy to first line to middle managers and the wider HR community, with limited direction.

§ Will support a designated population in the delivery of the HR cycle

§ Imparts expert knowledge and direction in all HR disciplines to first and middle management.

§ Will have in-depth knowledge of their BU/SBU i.e. customers, products, pressures, people and politics.

§ Develops reports and analysis independently for work force planning purposes.

§ Manage the relationships with business and HR partners

§ Advises first to middle management in medium to higher complexity of Employee Relations activity.

Technical / Professional Skills & Competencies

§ We are looking for senior and seasoned HR professionals, currently performing as a Human Resources Business Partners

§ It is required to have an University Degree and will be highly recommendable postgraduate studies in Human resources or business

§ Valid candidates must have a minimum of 5 years of experience in Human Resources, and at least 3 of them as HRBP

§ We look for candidates coming from multinational companies, very used to fast paced environments, able to adapt to change quickly and with own criteria to make decisions and take

§ In terms of personality we look proactive people, with self initiative, high level of engagement, ambitious and strong focus on own career development.

§ Ability to manage multiple priorities, communicate effectively verbally and in writing, develop and implement large, complex strategic programs.

SCOPE AND IMPACT

§ Will have designated business groups/s supporting first and middle management in one or cluster of countries providing support in all HR disciplines.

§ Assigning and reviewing work and monitoring results.

§ Regularly take part in regional projects.

Education / Professional Experience

§ It is required to have University Degree in areas related to Human Resources, such as psychology, Labour Relations, Law, Administration, etc

§ Highly desirable to have masters degree in Human Resources and specific professional training in recruitment

§ Advanced level of English

§ It is required to have at least 5 years of experience in Human Resources and at least 3 as Human Resources Business Partner

§ Come from Multinational companies with strong commercial operation. It is preferable to come from services, consultancy, banking industries or similar
