Senior Content Analyst - ETC ICW
Ø Deliver OperationalExcellence in day-to-day content production focusing on Improving quality &timeliness of content delivered (Improve Service delivery of our team )
o To achieve an overall average 99.85% data quality and timelinesscompliance in the update and maintenance of assigned Manila Bond Indicesmarkets.
o To liaise and coordinate with the various data suppliers on missing data,incorrect data, data definition and related matters while maintaining excellentdata supplier relationship.
o MOW review and update at least twice a year, and BCP drill completed twicea year (Cutover to Singapore and Bangalore team)
o Perform other duties and functions as may be assigned by the Manager/Specialists
Ø Improve CustomerExperience on ETC- Bond indices Delivery (Improve client experience throughtight end-to-end integration of the content customer service process)
o To provide an accurate and precise resolution to all Bond Indices casesand service cloud tickets.
o Achieve all the set ServiceMetrics (. Responsiveness metrics –Picking up queries promptly, Provide realistic ERT for queries requiring longerresolution time. )
o Resolution & quality ofresponse measured by
o Provide clear & radical/ ultimate RCA for DCSR, follow up withrelevant teams for RCA promptly
Ø Content Enhancementsdelivery in alignment with the Product & Content Management roadmap
Delivery of StrategicProjects in line with roadmap
o Deliver CE or any other project/cleanses as prioritised by ContentManagement and/or based on market requirements from the ETC- Bond Indicesbusiness.
Ø Drive improved employeeengagement focusing on talent & development and overall employee experience
o Complete all required training programs plus ensure 2 E- learning programsper quarter (finished and completed) for 2016
o To gain an in depth knowledge of the ETC- Bond indices data itself, and asa result, the analyst will not be limited to the day to day process but willknow how to analyze and interpret the data itself. Plus he/she will be able to contribute morein understanding the clients' needs.
o Learn and maintain new Manila ETC-Bond Indices tools, programs and processes
Ø Automation Roadmapimplementation & continuous improvements
o Benefits measured as an inventory for "continuous improvement"
o Workflow implementation
o Improved QC Process
o Make use of existing/ new tools for further automation & continuousimprovement

- Graduate of Bachelor'sdegree in Accounting, Business or Financial Management
- Good understanding ofbasic accounting and financial management concepts.
- Advanced Bond Indices knowledge
- Quick learner andshould display high level of agility.
- Excellentcommunication skills; both written and verbal.
- Must be able to workunder pressure; can manage multiple tasks and flexible to work extended hoursdepending upon business requirements.
- Well developedanalytical skills with the ability to problem solve and develop solutions.
- Willingness toundertake additional projects and responsibilities from time to time.
- Flexibility withschedule – including rotational shift work.
- Must be accurate, canpay close attention to details
- Proficient in using MSOffice applications (e.g. Excel)
- SQL and Macro skillsis an advantage
