Position: SeniorContent Analyst

Location– Bangalore


The Senior Content Analyst is responsiblefor the maintenance of Commodities Content from several sources. Also need tomonitor and validate the data and raise suspects on a proactive manner. Requiresworking on Eikon and DataScope suite of product and also on IDN (Real Time),Elektron and NDA (Time Series). Good understanding of futures and forwardmarkets. This role is required to have good communication skills, along withability to engage with stakeholders, project management team. This rolerequires the analysts to work on all shifts (including night shifts) and beflexible for weekend work (if required), which could be mandatory.

ProjectSummary and Position Overview:

Thisposition is for the post of Senior Content Analyst with the Commodities Team inProduction and Service Desk. The Senior Content Analyst is required towork on maintenance of Commodities Content, including working with internalstakeholders and managing business escalations.

The Senior Content Analyst is also required to have the below skillsets:

Ø Working knowledge on Excel and other MSOffice products.

Ø Good understanding on Macros, VB, Outlook.

Ø Good communication skills (Verbal andwritten)

Ø Market knowledge on Commodities andEnergy markets.

Ø Experience in Service Teams will be anadded advantage

EssentialDay-to-Day Responsibilities:

Ø Work on Oils Asset Class Primarily.Maintain Refinery and Oil Tenders database.

Ø Responsible for producing new content& signing off on the Daily production Task Sheets and Handovers betweenShifts.

Ø Ensure the key MOWs of the process areup-to-date.

Ø Working closely with Business Analyst,Content Management and Product Management and other work related groups.

Ø Resolving client queries on the content

Ø Training and Mentoring Junior member toresolve queries, build stakeholder relationship.

Ø Contract creation on Products for DataUpdates.

Ø Historical data maintenance, additionof data and checks required for validation on database.

Ø Manage Content related incidents,recovery and represent on various calls for the content.

Ø Work with team leaders and other seniormembers to achieve gaps in skills metrics.

Ø Achieve and help maintain targets asthe per the quality metrics for process improvement.

Ø Deliver on innovation & automationstargets.

Ø Support the Process Excellence oncontent quality improvement projects by working on the Green Belt Projects.

Ø This role requires the analysts to work on all shifts(including night shifts) and be flexible

for weekend work (if required), which is mandatory.

Required Skills

Ø Good to have market knowledge of Commodities content.

Ø Effectively communicate both internally & externally.

Ø Understanding of Financial Markets Analytical and detail-oriented.

Ø Basic computer knowledge is mandatory, such as Microsoft Office.

Desired Skills :

Post Graduation, Knowledge of financial Markets, and knowledge of Macros.
