Job Description

  • Experience on VSTS (Visual Studio Team Services)
  • Previous experience working as Scrum Master or Agile Coach
  • Degree completed is required
  • Fluent English is required, Spanish is a plus
  • Agile Scrum Certifications (PSM, CSM, ASM, etc)


Main activities
  • Organize and perform the Planning Poker ( http://www.planitpoker.com/ )
  • Organize planning meeting, in order to organize the sprint splitting the USs into the teams
  • Lead SoS (Scrum of Scrums)*
  • Organize the USs into the VSTS
  • Follow up the team boards and the tasks progress
  • Follow up the burn-down
  • Remove blockers
  • Act as Coach and facilitator
  • Guide and support for Product Owners
  • Assure all SCRUM ceremonies are being respected (Sprint review, Sprint retrospective, Daily etc)
  • Produce Sprint reports
  • Daily Reports to Project Manager
