oDemonstrated success in achieving revenue target for Risk Solutions, year after year. Ability to build pipeline and ensure timely closure of deals
oWork on proof-of-concepts, configurations and setups to tailor the solution to client's requirements in the pre-sales process.
oDemonstrated success in setting up POCs, specifically for GRC with the ability to engage senior level customers on GRC – ERM, ORM, Internal Audit, Regulatory Compliance
oIn depth understanding of the supply chain risk, enterprise risk, operational risk and regulatory compliance
oResponsible for answering the RFPs and participate in qualification of risk sales opportunities
oParticipate in qualification of risk sales opportunities
oCapability to demonstrate and present risk products, effectively
oDesign cross product and cross functional business solutions for complex opportunities
oWork on proof-of-concepts, configurations and setups to tailor the solution to client's requirements in the pre-sales process
oIdentify key business changes in risk and provide inputs to product management for the product roadmap
oFollow up on the demos/workshops, answer client questions, provide inputs all along in the sales lifecycle
oPresent at customer conferences and industry conferences; perform domain research and write reports
oDelivers profitable outright, consulting & subscription revenue for selected solutions, products & services
oAccountable for all stages of an opportunity from lead generation to closely aligning tightly with the overall account strategy owned by the account manager
oExpert in customer business workflow providing domain expertise relative to solution proposition
Background & Skills
oPost graduate degree in engineering, business, finance or marketing
oMinimum 8 years' experience in consultative selling to the Financial and Corporate market. At least 2-3 years' experience in financial risk management space.
oStrong risk management domain skills; expert level knowledge in the following domains: third party risk, operational risk and regulatory compliance
oGood understanding of financial products across all asset classes
oKnowledge of best practices in Risk management technology infrastructure, approaches and processes
oA team player who can lead by example; highly motivated, self-starter and autonomous
oAggressive approach towards target achievement
oExcellent verbal and written communication skills
oA good standard of spoken and written English and presentation skills
CF Grow market share by proactively developing and deploying domain-based sales strategies in collaboration with account management and utilising specialist knowledge to deliver gross sales. Major emphasis on opening up new business, both within existing accounts and new customers. Focusing on growth based on a value sale. Be the voice of the customer, feeding into SBU to inform business strategy. May assist in key retention situations as required.
