Sales Excellence Manager

Role Purpose

Aspart of the Business Operations organization, the individual will beresponsible for wide-ranging reporting and analytics inclusive of scorecard anddashboard, sales pipeline and forecast, sales performance, business reviewreports, and other business assessment methods. This position will ensure allinformation and processes are in place for the successful achievement ofbusiness and sales plans. To work cross the whole sales organizationinteracting with field sales management, sales operations and finance will beessential.

TheSales Excellence manager will lead a team to cover the sales analysis, sales training support and sales adminsupport, andreport directly to the Head of Finance & Operations.


  • Generates monthly/ quarterly scorecards for China and Business Units, aswell as monthly and ad hoc sales reporting to management and sales reps.
  • Assists division managers with sales and management projects throughcompiling, coordinating, analysis and computing of data and information gatheredthrough research and reports.
  • Works with field managers with sales efforts through managing andanalyzing sales information related to customers and product sales.
  • Leads the team to perform pipelineanalyses, sales dashboard, project V etc. May provide input on territory analysis, quotasetting and compensation planning to Sales leadership.
  • Proactively engage business managers to understand the requirements for businessintelligence, design and generate reports and provide analysis.
  • Changed static reporting standard to dynamic dashboards, createssophisticated Excel Power Pivot solutions for complex analytical problems, andgenerates customized sales reports.
  • Analyze and process sales information through the implementation ofcomplex excel spread sheets, access data bases and BI systems.
  • Sales effectiveness project lead by GGO sales excellent team etc.

  • Bachelor's Degree will be required
  • 5 years of sales operation experience plus 3 years business/salesanalyst experience
  • Excellent Microsoft tools skill
  • Excellent oral and written linguistic skills in English, strongpresentation skills.
  • Excellent analytical and problem solving skills with strategic mindset.
  • Experience with sales process and sales performance management.
  • High level of familiarity with design, capabilities andreport/dashboard functionality.
  • Pipeline Management Skills
  • Project Management skills.
  • Strong relationship building skills with the ability to work acrossboundaries.
  • Work experience using and analyzing qualitative and quantitative data.


  • Strong leadership and management skills, including developing andmentoring staff and managing select projects
  • Ability to work cross functionally and build partnerships.
  • Prior experience in business operations, sales or related experience,primarily in the area of multi-project management and implementing processimprovements.
  • Work experience using and analyzing qualitative and quantitative data.
  • Comprehensive knowledge of business products pricing, policies,contracts and processes.
  • Assists with the vertical information distribution tunnel provided tothe sales employees from company headquarters.
