Regional Upgrade Lead, Americas (open to multiple locations)

Leading client migrations; coordinating and assisting in high tier roll-out projects for the new screening platform, World-Check One

  • Leading clients through the migration process from initial call to sign-off
  • Assisting regional GTM teams in identifying eligible Medium and High Tier clients to upgrade to the new screening tool.
  • Coordinating and assisting in World-Check One roll-out programs for high tier clients (new business and migrating clients)
  • Assisting with Sales Enablement training sessions for regional GTM teams on Customer & Third Party Risk solutions

ROLE OUTPUTS:

  • Leads migrations for Screening Online clients to World-Check One
  • Provides overview of the migration process
  • Assists clients in organising data to be migrated
  • Schedules data migration
  • Provides post-migration training
  • Ensures customer sign-off
  • Records hours worked and details of migration for reporting
  • Co-ordinates and assists with High Tier Rollout & Adoption projects for new / upgrading World-Check One clients (50 users)
  • Provides overview of the roll-out process
  • Schedules training with available resources
  • Assists clients with account setup
  • Ensures customer sign-off
  • Records hours worked and details of migration for reporting
  • Assists regional GTM teams in identifying eligible Medium and High Tier clients to upgrade to World-Check One.
  • Works with GTM to target appropriate clients to migrate to World-Check One, using a list of eligible clients provided by the Client Delivery Manager
  • Assists with Sales Enablement training sessions for regional GTM teams on Customer & Third Party Risk solutions
  • Helps coordinate and schedule internal training sessions for GTM teams in their region
  • Provides input into these sessions, e.g. training on Customer & Third Party Risk products and reminders of sales process

REPORTING AND RELATIONSHIPS:

The Upgrade Lead:

  • Reports to the Regional Head of Customer & Third Party Risk Professional Services
  • Builds productive relationships through the Professional Services, Proposition, GTM and Product teams for Customer & Third Party Risk solutions.

Education:

  • Roles at this level typically require a university / college degree, with 2 years of relevant professional experience. In lieu of a degree, a comparable combination of education and experience (including military service) may be considered.

  • Internal & External training experience
  • Product positioning and value proposition experience
  • SalesForce.com familiarity
  • Risk domain knowledge
  • Experience of coordinating small client projects
  • Ability to operate independently and autonomously
  • Evidence of collaborative working within a globally / remotely distributed team
  • Understanding of Sales and Account Management tools / processes
  • Ability to manage multiple concurrent tasks & projects
  • Familiar with basic sales concepts (renewals, upgrades, up-sells)
  • Intermediate knowledge of Microsoft Office

Desirable:

It is useful if candidates are able to demonstrate evidence of the following experience:

  • Dealing with Tier 1 Financial Institutions
  • Risk / KYC / AML
