In this position you will be working with a custom version of ONESOURCE Operational Transfer Pricing and custom developed software products for a specific customer. The primary location for this position is in Princeton, NJ and you will also be expected to go to our NJ headquarters in Hoboken, NJ periodically.

Responsibilities include execution of an operational plan including administrating and configuring software, assisting and guiding internal and external resources, driving processes to completion, creating and maintaining documentation of operational and systemic processes, and providing support for any aspect overall engagement. In addition, the position is responsible for leading the training of client personnel on the use of software solutions and business practices.

Technical Job Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree or better in Accounting, MIS, or Business.
  • One to two years minimum working in Transfer Pricing environment
  • Three to five years of corporate tax experience.
  • Strong business process and analytical skills are essential.
  • Knowledge of ONESOURCE Tax Provision and tax related software is highly desired.

Non-Technical Job Requirements:

  • Candidate must be results oriented and capable of working with minimal guidance.
  • Strong organizational and analytical skills are a must.
  • Strong interpersonal and presentation skills.
  • Ability to quickly master the solutions, FAS 109 concepts and best practice business procedures.
  • Ability to work in a high intensity, team environment is essential.
  • Ability to interact with client tax department professionals and MIS/IT personnel
