The Marketer will help develop and execute strategic marketing communications plans that build brand awareness for FindLaw and Super Lawyers. This individual will help manage and execute all aspects of marketing communications, in particular, social media and content marketing, as well as corporate marketing communications and general marketing requirements.

Job Requirements

Exhibits exceptional communications skills, particularly written communication.

Has deep knowledge of principles and methods for building a social media presence.

Leverages the full paid promotion capabilities of each social platform to drive traffic and conversion.

Works professionally and effectively with a wide array of individuals in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.

Leverages the full potential of interactive media and capitalizes on current and emerging marketing strategies.

Is flexible and able to adapt to business requirements.

Possess high level of personal initiative, accountability and follow-through skills.

Ability to work professionally and effectively with a wide array of individuals.

Familiarity with the internet industry and social media, web development, tracking, search engine optimization and online advertising programs.

Experience

Minimum 3-5 years marketing communications experience.

Significant experience in professional writing – formal and informal styles.

Significant experience in managing a professional social media presence.

Must demonstrate the capability to deliver consistent messages and marketing themes that resonate with a wide array of audiences.

Must have solid creative understanding with a good eye for design and visual concepts.

Previous corporate or marketing agency experience preferred.

Online marketing industry experience a plus.
