Manager, Lead Solutions Operations

As the Manager, Lead Solutions Operations you will be responsible for developing integrated campaign strategies to support customer acquisition through lead generation, qualification and quality. You will lead teams that generate creative campaigns, source leads through trusted affiliate partners, and lead trafficker functions that advance all activities through execution. This is an exciting role where you will need to showcase leadership, data analysis and operations expertise, effective communication skills, executive presence, work through barriers, and a strong ambition to develop and execute marketing plans to help achieve revenue, retention and customer excellence goals.

Job Requirements

  • Lead our day-to-day lead generation efforts, including producing new lead generation goals and forecasts by campaign and campaign type, setting and holding accountable the budget spend priorities, and measuring overall revenue, retention, product margin results against plans
  • Develop campaign strategies that use the full scope of lead marketing programs, affiliate marketing, TV advertising, Social Media, PPC, email, and cultivating FindLaw properties and programs
  • Systematically monitor and analyze trafficker performance against lead and other marketing goals and overall past performance
  • Continually drive Marketing return on investment to optimize program and ongoing growth, while looking for areas for additional investment in time and money
  • Manage teams of Affiliate Marketers, Traffickers and Creative staff
  • Identify, develop and drive operational improvements for increased effectiveness and efficiencies
  • Build operational measures for affiliate and lead quality and conversion
  • Identify analytics and reporting needs to align with margin, CPL, conversion goals

We prefer a minimum of 8-10 years of related experience

We require 3-5 years experience in leading others, lead generation and demand creation (high tech in B2B preferred) that values diversity and inclusion


Proven experience working with Sales and Product on pipeline development

Shown to be highly self-motivated, passionate, results oriented, with a consistent record of results

Management courage and willingness to challenge status quo

Demonstrated personal dedication to push your career forward


Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Advertising, Communications, Legal, or related field

PMP, Six Sigma, Big Data Analytics, CSM, Google Ad Words certifications preferred
