Manager - Finance, FP&A CoE

Work on assigned responsibilities which will include a combination of reporting, analytics, system testing, preparing decks and working on projects.

Supporting Global BU and Finance leads with planning / Forecasting monthly close.

Help out Finance managers with analysis around customer profile and Sales analytics.

Ensuring that the assigned work is executed in timely and accurate manner.

While the work distribution would be handled by the concerned lead, the selected individual is expected to maintain her/his own calendar for work assigned and adhere to the same without any exception.

The selected individual would often need to correspond with our business finance/business counterparts both electronically and over phone to inform, to explain or to take inputs.

The individual might also need to work on projects/ take up additional responsibilities as required from time to time.

Skills and Experience

Would need individuals with experience in business finance areas and with prior exposure to multiple reporting and workflow tools such as EDW, SAP and other related systems/ tools.

Candidate needs to be well versed with MS office package, specifically very well conversant with using MS Excel. Working knowledge of MS Access is a big plus.

The role would require the incumbent to correspond with counterparts abroad, so a good command over English is necessary. Experience of communicating with counterparts abroad will be a big plus.

Graduate degree is essential, post graduate qualification in commerce or business administration and/or professional qualifications would be a strong plus.
