Due to on-going demand for our Contract Express solution our team is growing and we currently have a position available for a Legal Document Automation Specialist to join our team.
Contract Express document automation software is an enterprise class, web-based document automation solution designed for fast and accurate document drafting and client collaboration. Capable of scaling from simple letters and precedents to the most complex legal contracts, it is proven to meet the exacting needs of premium global law firms and their clients.
About the role
The Legal Document Automation Consultant is responsible for marking up customer documents and processing through the workflows for automation together with conducting demonstrations and training to clients on use of solutions. This is a varied role where you will be working with various teams across the business including training, sales and the automation team, who all work collaboratively together to support this exciting flagship growth product.
Day to day you will:
- Analyse and markup customer documents in accordance with best practice.
- Provide advice or training to users about the application systems functionality, correct operation or constraints, and corrects user faults.
To be successful in the role you will be a proactive and passionate professional with the drive to innovate and enthusiasm to learn. You will have experience in managing legal documents and contract workflows and advanced Word skills, ideally gained in a professional services or related industries.
The ideal candidate will have:
- Undergraduate degree in law, information technology or equivalent.
- Solid problem-solving and issue resolution skills
- Practical understanding of how customers use precedents.
- Familiarity and technical experience with Windows and Microsoft Word, Excel and Outlook.
- Knowledge of legal precedent automation an advantage.
- Knowledge of Document Management Systems also an advantage.
