Qualifications:
Required:
BS or MS degree or equivalent experience relevant to functional are, a minimum of 8 years of software engineer experience.
7 to 10 years software development experience
Experience with XML processing and transformations (XPath, XSLT, etc.)
Experience with C#, Restful Services, NHibernate, .Net
Experience managing code and changes in a team environment to include experience with source control utilities, such as TFS.
Strong troubleshooting and debugging experience
Comfortable leading design discussions in addition to hands-on development
Mentoring junior developers and translating requirements from business partners
Excellent written and verbal communication skills and exceptional emotional intelligence

Ability to influence and motivate people across a broad variety of job functions
Posses strong technical competency, preferably from hands-on experience in software development
Preferred:
Experience with Database Services, ANSI SQL
Working and interacting with a geographically and culturally diverse team
Experience working in Agile/Scrum team environments
