Lead Generation Manager

Job Summary:

We are seeking a Lead Generation Manager who can help us grow our leads in key business areas at Thomson Reuters. Working with the Heads of Business, you will assist in our marketing automation and lead acquisition projects to help hand off new business opportunities to nurture, measure and convert.

You will be a team manager, an energetic problem solver, and interact with the entire sales and marketing organization. You will analyze and fuel results support and training the team.

In this critical role, you will need to have a sense of adventure to find unexplored lead opportunities that can map to lead models and fill the funnel and to understand complexes technologic solutions provide by business units such as Tax & Accounting and Legal business unit. You'll embody urgency, partnership, technology and flexibility and bring your skill and expertise daily contributing to targeted marketing programs.

Key Responsibilities:

Manages strategic Marketing solutions that develop the business and build customer satisfaction and loyalty.

Helps design the customer experience by coordinating, executing and measuring the effectiveness of marketing activities while ensuring they are integrated and aligned on a global basis.

Management of people (average 10 people) outsourced B2B contact center company

Training and development how the team would improve the cold calls and prospect leads from criteria you help design, deliver and support

Communicate with the sales organization daily, providing the narrative of each list, helping to strategize and build strong pipeline opportunities

Enable a cohesive integration of new leads into the Salesforce CRM

Work with third-party list sources to feed the lead needs in assigned industries and organize and manage the acquisitions.

Deliver lead lists to the Sales Operations managers and provide an accompanying report of the list criteria and focus

Follow up and measure lead efficacy and performance, generate regular dashboard reports for management

Perform ad hoc market analysis and gather data

Required Experience

Bachelor's Degree required, preferably in Business or Marketing

Previous experience in demand generation, ERP / Software market

Salesforce CRM experience

Excellent skills of self-manager to meet deadlines and KPI's performance controls

Understands how leads are worked in a variety of Marketing programs to convert new business

Excellent written communication skills; conversant in MS Excel

Ability to communicate effectively with all stakeholders, business leaders, sales, vendors and the Marketing team.
