Job Description

Descrição do cargo: Gerencia o processo para restaurar a operação normal do serviço o mais rápido possível para minimizar o impacto nas operações de negócios.

Responsabilidades:

  • Responsável pelo planejamento e coordenação de todas as atividades necessárias para executar, monitorar e relatar o processo
  • Corrigir o desvio de um processo para sua unidade de negócio
  • Garantir que um Major Incident tenha um Incident Owner coordenando quaisquer esforços de mitigação e resolução associados
  • Responsável pela comunicação com o Incident Owner
  • Ponto de contato e primeiro estágio de escalação para todos Major Incidents durante a mitigação e resolução
  • Responsável por comunicar o impacto atual do Major Incident e os esforços de mitigação e resolução que estão em andamento para todos os stakeholders
  • Responsável pela efetiva implementação do processo "Incident Management" e realizar reports necessários
  • Garantir que os recursos apropriados estejam engajados e possam trabalhar para identificar os gaps e facilitar a mitigação e resolução
  • Monitorar os incidentes para garantir que o Acordo de Nível de Serviço seja respeitado
  • Identificar, iniciar, agendar e conduzir revisões de incidentes
  • Garantir que o registro de incidente está sendo mantido de forma adequada, bem como o fechamento dos mesmos
