Implementation Specialist

Job Description

In this position you will be responsible for implementing the Provisions product line. There will also be opportunities to learn other areas of the ONESOURCE Suite. The position involves travel throughout the U.S.

Responsibilities will include:

Work directly with clients to gather appropriate data for implementation

Analyze client workpapers and manipulate data for transfer into ONESOURCE software

Reconcile results from software to client workpapers

Become proficient in all aspects of the software

Configure software for clients based on reporting needs

Handle multiple client assignments and manage schedule accordingly

Train client personnel on use of software solutions and business practices.

Up to 75% travel a possibility

Technical Job Requirements:

Bachelor's degree or better in Accounting, MIS, or Business.

Strong business process and analytical skills are essential.

High proficiency with MS Office

Experience with SQL queries a plus

CPA firm experience is highly desired.

Non-Technical Job Requirements:

Candidate must be results oriented and capable of working independently in the field.

Ability to manage multiple assignments concurrently.

Strong interpersonal and presentation skills.

Ability to quickly master FAS 109/ASC 740 concepts and best practice business procedures.

Ability to work in a team environment is essential.

Ability to interact with client tax department professionals and MIS/IT personnel.
