We are currently searching for an individual to join our team as an HR Solutions systems support analyst. This individual will support the day to day use of our Workday Human Capital Management software with a strong focus on the recruitment module. In this role, they will be responsible for providing global support for end user questions, general inquires, basic system administration and tasks. This individual will be the frontline support for HR and recruiting staff at Thomson Reuters.

Key responsibilities include all tier 1 support and troubleshooting of the Workday recruiting system which may include providing support and resolution paths for end user issues, and assisting with general usability questions of Workday recruiting.

In this role, we need an individual who has a strong ability to answer inquiries from the end user and gather additional information on the inquiry needed to troubleshoot. This individual will then utilize various resources (support manuals, help desk guides, resolution path documentation) to provide a resolution / answer. Where a resolution or answer is not possible, the support analyst will need to escalate to a tier 2 support individual as appropriate with all appropriate actions taken to resolve the issue.

Qualifications / Experiences:

  • Minimum 2 years relevant experience supporting HR systems in support environment
  • Ability to identify issues and identify resolution paths
  • Must have excellent interpersonal skills and previous technical troubleshooting experience via phone and or email resolution path
  • Excellent documentation and communication skills
  • Fluency in written and spoken English (natural accent)
  • Must be able to document and effectively resolve issues in a timely manner
  • Ability to work independently

Additional Skills / experiences that would be beneficial in this role:

  • Previous recruiting / HR system administration/support experience (Workday, Taleo, Peoplesoft, Kenexa, etc)
  • Some exposure to recruiting or human resource functions is preferred
  • Experience with merging, comparing, and performing data analytic functions in Excel
