Role Overview

The successful candidate will support seamlessnetwork of quality systems and services to enable our HR and line managementcolleagues to be as self-sufficient as much as possible by integratingdatabases, automated workflow systems, intranets and other technologies withkey HR processes. This role is the lead expert for HR systems administrationactivities, front line support team training and issue resolution. This rolewill work closely with HR community to enable the effective use of HR systemssolutions and also accountable for leading a variety of change initiatives bydelivering internal consulting services such as requirements analysis, solutiondesign, test planning, test execution and change management. This role willlead regional and global work activities and projects in an independent,self-sufficient manner based on management's high-level guidance and support.

  • Internal consultancy service to HR Community
  • Leadership/Team Player to regional/global projects
  • Regional representation to Global Team
  • Computer Science or Business degree/diploma
  • In-depth Workday System knowledge
  • In-depth understanding of HR operations and processes
  • Has been part of HRIS support
  • Has been a core team member in HRIS projects
  • Able to work in some evenings when placed in projects
  • Candidate with project management, eLearning development or KnowledgeManagement experiences will be an advantage
  • HR generalist with strong interest in HRIS will be considered
