TheHuman Resources Advisor(Contractor), based in NYC, supports our HR team indelivering the overall People agenda. This role interfaces with employees inour Financial & Risk groups as well as internal members of the global HR atall levels of the organization. Day-to-day activities and projects will provideyou with exposure to compensation, performance and talent reviews, onboarding,HR analytics, and employee relations - to name a few!

SpecificResponsibilities

  • Data - Runs reports and develops analyses reports of employee data in support of business' needs
  • Provides general HR administration and transactional support to wider HR community in delivery of the employee life cycle.
  • Provides administrative support to HR projects.
  • Provides support to Employee Relations activity as directed.
  • Works independently and or closely with HR specialists to help resolve queries from HR community or business

  • Bachelors Degree required
  • Interpersonal and organization skills, with the ability to navigate a complex environment
  • Analytical skills and an interest in tackling business problems
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Excel
