Responsibilities

Revenue Growth

  • Determines, defines and drives Financial Institutions Segment revenue growth in China through a well grounded plan that balances external market environment, opportunities/ risks, products / solutions and resources to optimize performance.
  • Develops a short term and long term strategy for customer retention, revenue growth and market share profitably.
  • Develops and owns senior relationships with key decision makers and executives within Financial Institutions Segment.

Market Share

  • Owns the overall Go-To-Market (GRM) strategy for Financial Institutions Segment and executes successfully against plans to grow revenue and client retention.
  • Implements an "enterprise approach" with such customers; executes on a strategy to support achievement of the annual and longer-term financial goals which have been set.
  • Continually building up industry knowledge within Financial Institutions Segment to keep pace with developing trends.

Retention

  • Owns the overall Go-To-Market (GRM) strategy for Financial Institutions Segment and executes successfully against plans to grow revenue and client retention.
  • Drives enhanced revenues and customer satisfaction by developing company-specific plans that align the customer's needs with the evolving capabilities of Financial Institutions Segment.
  • Ensures world class service is delivered to key stakeholders (C-level, Dept. Heads) within these customer segments in the region.

Leadership

  • Responsible for the growth and development of their direct and wider team, building skills and capabilities and driving talent agenda in the region.
  • Exercise leadership and business judgment on commercial issues to ensure and maintain customer satisfaction and profitable growth.

Ideal Experience:

  • Substantial experience in management role in Financial Institutions segment
  • Strong understanding of Client workflows in the particular segment
  • Significant and progressively more responsible business leadership experience with proven success at driving profitable growth.
  • Innovative strategist with a strong intellect, skilled in identifying and developing business opportunities in the professional/services sector.
  • Experience gained in a large, matrixed/shared organization with a proven ability to leverage, mobilize and energies remote and virtual cross-functional teams in different locations.
  • Comfortable working in a fast-paced, dynamic corporate environment.
  • Strong customer orientation with demonstrated experience in developing solutions that help customers improve productivity, efficiency and the quality of their work.
  • International experience (as there may be global travel, as required) will be a plus
  • A university degree (or equivalent experience) is required with advanced training in business and financial concepts expected. Expert in Financial Markets.
