Job Title: E-Learning Marketing Specialist
This is an amazing opportunity to join an award winning marketing team and to take the next step in your marketing career. Working as part of a global team. You will be joining the Proposition Marketing team with a view to promoting our core compliance e-Learning offerings primarily in Asia and Europe. In this new and exciting role, you will also be working alongside colleagues supporting America. Ideally you must have experience in marketing e-learning courses/propositions (or similar), be passionate about digital marketing and committed to wanting to develop your career. Major Responsibilities / Accountabilities:

Where would you be based?
If selected, you will be working as part of a global team and be based in our Canary Wharf, head quarters (East London). You maybe be joining the global Proposition Marketing team with a view to promoting our core Compliance e-learning solutions and services primarily in Asia and Europe.
Will you get exposure to senior management?
With clear direction and guidance (where applicable) you will also work with the Managing Director of Compliance Learning (from a marketing perspective), to bring our new propositions to market, to launch new campaigns and courses. So yes, you will get exposure to senior management.
What will you do?
If selected you will be expected to work with our design studios, creative agencies and campaign teams to create and deploy a range of new assets including but not limited to: data-sheets, brochures, power-point presentations, emails, webpages, social media campaigns and search-engine advertising (paid-search) advertisement campaigns. So Yes, you will get exposure to a range of marketing formats and channels that will enhance your knowledge, skills and expertise.
What would we like you to know before-hand?
Ideally we would like you to be able to use Eloqua (or other email systems), Microsoft power-point (essential) and be familiar with using Content Management Systems (CMS). However you will be trained on-site any and be given induction necessary to become familiar with our software and systems. A love for learning and an ability to use design software and system is truly welcomed.

This role is ideal, for someone who wants to join a team with a clear career path, commit themselves to learning more and excelling, doing so with a view to beating expectations and taking on a more senior role in possibly 24 months time. Please note promotion is based on merit and not longevity within the firm, so if you have the skill, desire and focus you will go far.
What training or investments will we make in you?
When you start, your line manager will map out a 12-24 month development plan with you, so when you have completed your probationary period (6 months), you will be scheduled into a formal learning program (if that suits your style of learning), so you can build on your industry knowledge, understanding and people management skills and expertise.

Yes. Thomson Reuters is committed to helping our employees balance their working lives. To better assist employees, we allow all team members to work at least one day a week from home, subject to agreement with your line manager.
Do you offer gym membership?
Yes once you have passed your probationary period, subject to the chain you select, Thomson Reuters will either pay for all or some of your gym membership. Prior to becoming permanent all employees based in our South Colonnade building can use our own internal gym.
As with all roles, the selected candidate will also be expected to take on some general team administration activities, to work with our campaign team to deploy other related digital campaigns, so a passion for digital marketing is key!
