Role Responsibilities

  • Provision of client product and dataconsultancy;
  • Advice on changes to Regulation andLegislation and how this may affect client usage of the World-Check Data File.
  • For the top 20 Clients in the region (basedon revenue and number of records) provide ongoing advice regarding usage ofWorld-Check Data.
  • The Proposition team will advise on thetop 20 clients and the priority of these. Also the amount of time to beprovisioned for consultancy for each of these clients. Likely to be around 10days per year per client.
  • This advice will take one of the followingfour forms;
  • Technical integration of World-Check DataFile into client infrastructure.
  • Best Use of World-Check Data File contents(breadth and depth of data)
  • Review of client business processes usingWorld-Check Data File.
  • Information on any new data elements beingintroduced into the World-Check Data File, plus advice on Product Strategygoing forwards.
  • Provide subject matter expertise onWorld-Check data in meetings with prospects
  • Assist prospects with advice on technicalintegration of World-Check Data File into client infrastructure.
  • Best Use of World-Check Data File contents(breadth and depth of data)

Role Experience and Qualifications Required

  • Experience working in compliance/risk or related informationindustries
  • Knowledge of integrating content into compliance tools
  • High-level knowledge of workflow and processes of complianceprofessionals
  • Experience of consulting / providing advice oninformation/compliance tools to senior business decision makers
  • Understanding of database, internet and intranet applications andapplicability in GRC segment
  • Knowledge of XML, CSV, data feeds and APIs
  • Ability to effectively present complex solutions in acustomer-facing environment using a communication style appropriate to theaudience
  • Professional level of written and verbal communication
  • Effective influencing skills to gain agreement or commitment toproposed solutions in order to help advance the sales process to the next level
  • The role holders should be self-starters,working well independently. Actively carrying our research and investigativework on their own initiative.
  • Ability to identify key customer issues to determine theappropriate solution to satisfy customers' needs
  • Ability to speak knowledgeably about customers' issues todemonstrate/convey an understanding of same
  • Ability to effectively handle multiple activities andre-prioritise when necessary to ensure assigned goals are achieved
  • Degree level education
  • This role requires some travel to client and partner sites
