  • Consult with existing customers to understand their needs and goals
  • Identify opportunities to meet/exceed customer needs, provide the right solutions to address those needs, and improve operations
  • Drive retention and achieve renewal targets by engaging customers during the renewal window
  • Upsell specific product lines and pass leads to sales executives for major products
  • Support in developing and executing territory growth strategies
  • Use technology-Salesforce, Outreach, and Connect & Sell-to maximize effectiveness
  • Attend ongoing trainings weekly to keep up to date on products and sales skills

About You

You are a fit for the role of Associate Client Executive if your background includes:

  • Bachelor's Degree is preferred
  • Minimum 3 years direct client contact in either inside or outside sales
  • Highly organized with time management, strategic thinking, problem solving, troubleshooting, risk management, escalation, and analytical skills.
  • Ability to interact professionally with a diverse group, including executives, managers, and subject matter experts and to facilitate consensus within those groups.
  • Skills in key areas of responsibility (i.e., business process/business operations management, customer service, etc.).
  • Working knowledge of consultative sales process, methods, and techniques
  • Ambitious self-starter with high energy and motivation
