CANDIDATE PROFILE:

Ideal candidates for this position should ably demonstrate the following:

High level of analytical & logical skills

High level of written and oral communication

High level of attention to detail

Strong understanding of financial concepts

Working experience in large multinational financial services organization

Fair knowledge of banking laws and regulations

Ability to understand technical documents and legal/ regulatory materials

Expertise in researching laws of unfamiliar jurisdictions - Searching, exploring and extricating information (both online and otherwise) on unfamiliar topics specifically related to company laws, regulations and procedures of various countries

Expertise in managing and tracking huge number of deadlines across geographies and clients, prioritizing client deliverables, and pacing out activity to ensure full adherence to all deadline

Expert knowledge of tools such as MS Excel

  • Good knowledge of financial concepts and awareness of the changing regulatory landscape
  • Attention to details
  • Knowledge of working on different platforms.
  • Sensitivity to client deliverables deadlines.

  • Demonstrates an ability to perform Manager's role in Manager's absence.

QUALIFICATION:

  • Must Have: LL.B.
  • Desirable: LL.M.
