Analista de Customer Success
Missao principal do cargo: Garantir a satisfacao dos clientes com os servicos prestados pela Thomson Reuters. Responsabilidades (Responsabilidades e metas especificas do dia-a-dia): . Atividades ligadas a satisfacao do cliente . Garantir uma experiencia "premium" aos clientes na utilizacao de nossos servicos . Monitoramento para acompanhar a situacao dos clientes . Levantamento de necessidades dos clientes, agrupando em planos de melhoria. . Executar "boas vindas", treinamentos on line e demais iniciativas de onboarding. . Retencao de clientes. . Desenvolver relacoes internas e externas com os principais stakeholders (comercial, produtos, desenvolvedores, suporte, financeiro...). Formacao / Certificacoes (nivel de escolaridade e / ou certificacoes exigidas): Informatica, Direito, Administracao, Comunicacao, ou similares. Requisitos/Qualificacoes : Indispensavel (obrigatorio): Experiencia em Customer Success ou similiares. Experiencia nas areas de Pos venda, Suporte ao cliente ou Comercial. Ingles ou espanhol fluente.
