Account Manager F&R (H/F)

Job Description

This role sits within our Financial & Risk ("F&R") business. On January 30, 2018, Thomson Reuters announced that it signed a definitive agreement to enter into a strategic partnership with private equity funds managed by Blackstone related to the company's F&R business. As part of the transaction, Thomson Reuters has agreed to sell a 55% majority stake in Financial & Risk and will retain a 45% interest in the business. Thomson Reuters will maintain full ownership of its Legal, Tax & Accounting and the Reuters News businesses. The transaction is expected to close in the second half of the year and is subject to specified regulatory approvals and customary closing conditions. When the transaction closes, this role will be included in the new F&R entity. Thomson Reuters recherche un(e) Account Manager, poste basé à Paris.

L'Account Manager intervient au sein du département « Go To Market » (GTM) de Thomson Reuters.

Il/elle sera en charge d'un portefeuille constitué principalement de filiales de grandes banques internationales basées en France et aura la responsabilité de faire croître les revenus liés à la vente des produits existants en suivant la stratégie définie par les Global Business Director (GBD). En s'appuyant notamment sur les équipes de Technical Account Managers, de Client Specialists, et de Sales Specialists, le candidat/la candidate sera en charge de maintenir et de développer les ventes des produits TR, en offrant au client le meilleur niveau de service. Directement rattaché(e) au Sales Manager, il/elle sera aussi amené(e) à rendre des comptes aux Global Business Director.

Missions/responsabilités
  • Etre en charge de la relation client et assurer à ce dernier le meilleur niveau de service sur l'ensemble des solutions de Thomson Reuters.
  • Décliner localement la stratégie définie globalement sur le compte.
  • Etre garant de la satisfaction client et développer une excellente connaissance de celui-ci en identifiant de nouvelles opportunités commerciales au sein de ce compte.
  • Coordonner l'ensemble des services délivrés au client.
  • Travailler en étroite collaboration avec les équipes d'Experts/Specialists.


Compétences clés/ profil :
  • Connaissances approfondies en finance de marché.
  • Expérience concluante d'au moins 5 ans à un poste commercial dans le secteur de la finance de marché.
  • Capacité à créer un réseau de C Level chez le client.
  • Aptitude à travailler en équipe.
  • Excellentes maîtrise des techniques de négociation et de vente.
  • Excellentes capacités de communication et capacité à fédérer et influencer.
  • Excellente maîtrise de l'anglais et du français.
